Credit Card Acceptance Policy

Policy Title: Credit Card Payment Terms and Conditions

BAM Virtual Bookkeeping LLC accepts major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) for payment of services under the following conditions:

1. Authorized Use

Only the authorized cardholder may use their credit card for payment. We may require identity verification for fraud protection.

2. Payment Terms

  • Payments must be made in full upon invoice receipt unless prior written arrangements are made.

  • Recurring clients may opt into secure automatic billing through our merchant processor.

3. Processing Fee

A 3% processing fee may apply for credit card payments unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.

4. Chargebacks and Disputes

Clients agree to contact us first regarding any billing concerns. Unauthorized chargebacks without prior communication may result in service suspension.

5. Security

All transactions are processed through a PCI-DSS compliant provider. We do not store credit card numbers on our servers.
